Two old buildings have been torn down to make way for the future building.

First however, the fire company had a hazardous waste assessment done on the property. Which came back clean. Then on to a Township and DEP demolition permit to tear down the buildings. The fire company then contracted with Dave Pflumm Contractors of Millersville to tear the buildings down.
