Millersville Fire Company Hall Rental

Our hall is located at 26 East Charlotte Street in Millersville

Use our hall for all your events including meetings, reunions, parties, auctions, etc.

The heated and air conditioned hall seats approximately 150 people at tables and chairs.

Rules:

NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PERMITTED

No smoking will be permitted inside the building; all smokers must use the designated smoking area outside.

Hanging of decorations must be approved by the property manager

No parking in the no parking areas of the fire house

Renters are responsible for hall setup and cleanup

Rental Rates are as follows:

$100- Banquet room with tables and chairs, countertops, and refrigerator—5 hours or less

$150- Banquet room with tables and chairs, countertops, and refrigerator—over 5 hours

$35- Night or day before the event for setup, etc.

$35- Use of dishwasher

$30- Use of stoves and ovens

$20- Use of dishes

$10- Use of silverware

$250- Banquet room and Kitchen (full usage including stoves, ovens, dishes, utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator, and countertops)—per day

$250- Auction (includes use of hall, tables and chairs, countertops, refrigerator, and night or day before the event for setup.)

$50- Bingo Machine (may be rented by organizations for use at your location, however, you must show us a copy of your current bingo license prior to pickup)
