Rescue 6-5 and Tanker 6-5 were dispatched to the Oak Ridge Development in Manor Township, during the early morning hours. Station 7-15 arrived to find a working fire in the middle of the row townshouse group.

The Rescue crew split crew and searched Exposure 1 on the B and D Sides of the fire building. Crews then checked for extension and ventilated both units.

The Tanker Crew stood-by and then was released.

Crews operated for less then 1 hour, in the rain and wind.
