WOW - 11 Calls for Service on Tuesday

11 Calls for service on Tuesday. The first call came in late in the afternoon for an AFA to Shenks Hall on Shenks Ln. Chief 6-5 arrived to find the building evacuated and reports of smoke in one of the apartments. Based on this info he upgraded the assignment to a "Building". Which bought additional 2 Engines and a Truck.While at this call Tanker 6-5 was dispatched with a Building Assignment to Pequea Twp to assist Station 5-11.

Then came the Storm Front which bought 9 more calls for service.

Charlestown and Donnerville Rd for Trees and Wires - Engine 6-5-4 responded

2091 Hollinger Rd for a Dwelling Fire to assist Station 5-12 - Rescue 6-5 responded. The crew provided RIT for the crews working. 

110 Eastman Ave for a Dwelling Fire to assist Station 6-8 - Engine 6-5-4 responded. Crews cleared shortly after arriving

2001 Rohrerstown Rd for a Building Fire to assist Station 6-7 - Engine 6-5-4 responded Crews assisted stretched a standpipe line on the 4th floor.

2901 Willow St Pk for a Stand bye to assist Station 5-12 - Rescue 6-5 responded

32 Knollwood Rd for a CO Alarm - Rescue 6-5 Responded Crews checked the dwelling with meters and traced the problem back to a dead battery in the alarm.

604 Rohrerstown Rd for a Gas Leak to assist Station 6-7 - Rescue 6-5 responded. Crews cleared shortly after arrival.

822 Imperial Dr for a Public Service to assist Station 6-7 -Rescue 6-5 responded. A very large tree was hit by lightning. The Rescue was replaced by Engine 6-7-2.

Bender Mill Rd and Letort Rd for Trees and Wires - Engine 6-5-3 responded. Crews assisted with clearing a lane of travel.

4 hours later and all was over for the night.
