Engine 6-5-4, Engine 6-5-3, Engine 5-5, Rescue 6-5, Truck 6-7 and EMS 6-12-5 responded to a Building Assignment to the Crossgate's Development.

Engine 4's crew arrived to a light smoke condition on the first floor and Basement Divison.

Problem was traced to a motor in the HVAC unit.
