You can find in the fire company's ten year financial plan an Engine replacement. The engine replacment has been indentified years ago and confirmed through yearly reviews. In 1997 the company purchased a used engine from Cornwall Twp, in Lebanon Co, to pro-long this purchase. The original timing was scheduled earlier in the plan but moved to 2010-2011 time frame. The used engine added years to the purchase timing. The committee has been working non-stop to spec-out this engine and is close to the final version.
