Rescue Task Force #36 Assists Station 7-10 with Missing Person

Shortly after 6:30 pm the Lancaster County Rescue Task Force (36)was dispatched to assist Marietta Fire (7-10) with a reported missing person near the Susquehanna River. Missing person reported to be a 53 YO caucasian male with suicidal thoughts. 

The Taskforce arrived and worked with the 7-10 Operations (EBERSOLE) on setting up a grid search. At approximately 21:22 the Ranger from 8-1 with Squad Leader Hess and Rescue Taskforce Squad 2 located the individual in a heavily wooded area along the Susquehanna River.  Good coordinated effort by Marietta Fire (7-10), mutual aide companies and the Lancaster County Rescue Taskforce (36) located the individual and provided EMS to the person with no fire department injuries.
