Planning Has Started on the Sub-Station

A land development firm, architect, and mechanical engineer have been hired to work on the land development plan and building plans for the sub-station on Blue Rock Road. The final plan will soon be ready for the County and Manor Township Planning Commissions for review. 

The Board of Directors have agreed to the concept of a four bay - steel building to be built on the site. Each bay to be a bay and half deep, gear room and small office area.
