23nd ANNUAL

MILLERSVILLE MILE

MAY 23, 2010

The Millersville Mile is an event held every year in Millersville Borough.  While this event is not sponsored by or directly affiliated with the Millersville Fire Company, the proceeds from this event are donated to us by the event coordinators.

Ralph and Judy Anttonen are the event coordinators for the Millersville Mile. Each year they request the help of the membership from the Millersville Fire Company to provide traffic control during this event. Our firefighters and fire police line George Street in Millersville while the races are taking place. We make sure no cars are able to interfere with or injure the racers as they run for the finish line.

We certainly appreciate the generosity of Ralph and Judy for making the Millersville Fire Company the benefactor of this event. Please come out to watch or participate in the next Millersville Mile to show them how much you appreciate their efforts as well!
