Work on the land development continues slowly. As you drive past the site little appears to be happening, however it is. 

The test drillings around the site are now complete. This is to allow the engineer to plan for the building footers and storm water retention basin.

All the pre-testing for the on site sewer has been completed and is the hands of the engineer.

The fire company has now hired a mechanical engineer - Moore Engineering to work on the required mechanical plans.

The next step will be to the Manor Township Planning Commission for final plan approval.
