Ian Swarr Benefit held at M.U.

Monday the 21st gave members of Millersville and Rohrerstown fire companies a chance to help our little brother Ian Swarr.
Ian was diagnosed with a rare skin disease called Epidermolysis Bullosa when he was born. Nine years later Ian still fights a daily battle, enduring tremendous pain. On Monday the Millersville chapter of Lambda Chi Alpha hosted a fundraising event for Ian and his family to help cope with his endless medical bills. The brothers of Lambda Chi Alpha had their heads shaved by anyone who would donate money. Ian is a fire fanatic so the members from 6-5 and 6-7 were more than happy to give Ian a tour of the apparatus and to let Ian use the air horns to draw some attention to the event. No official word on how much money was raised but Ian and his family can always use more.
