Apparatus Get A Helping Hand!

Members from the Central PA HOBY Group help clean the apparatus and Police Dept Vehicles too.

Many thanks to the wonderful group of youg folks who came out this past Saturday to help make our apparatus look GOOD!

Just who is HOBY................HOBY stands for Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership….if you remember the actor who played Wyatt Earp…that is the same Hugh O’Brien.  He started this program 50 years ago and our seminar is a nationally recognized seminar, annually winning awards as an “outstanding seminar”.  In 1958, Hugh O'Brian returned from Africa highly inspired by a visit with Dr. Albert Schweitzer.  Later that year, he decided to make his own contribution to society by establishing HOBY.  Since that time, HOBY has motivated thousands of young people to realize their leadership potential by conducting annual seminars on a variety of subjects which focus around the theme of "America's Incentive System."
