Engine 4 and Truck 6-7

Tuesday started with a working dwelling fire in the first due. Crews were dispatched to the 2500 Blk of Valley Dr for a reported Dwelling Fire. Chief 6-5 and Police arrived with smoke showing from all sides of the two story. The property owner reported a fire in the family room which was spreading. Engine 4's crew had the fire controlled in short time. They were assisted by the Truck Crew from Truck 6-7, who ventilated the area for the Engine crew.

Apparatus Responding: Engine 6-5-4, Engine 6-5-3, Rescue 6-5, Squad 6-5-1, Truck 6-7, Rescue 6-8 (RIT), Engine 7-15-1 and EMS 6-12-5.

Shortly after the crews returned to the station then a AFA came in for the 1900 BLK of Wabank Rd - ER Martin School. Engine 6-5-4 and Rescue 6-5 responded but were recalled shortly after their leaving the station.

Right before the supper hour the Engine and Rescue were on the street again. This time for a AFA at St Philips Church - 2111 Millersville Pk. Chief 6-5 arrived to find a student had pulled the fire alarm. The box was recalled.

Then the early morning call for the Engine to assist Station 6-8 with an upgraded AFA to the Building Assignment to 2050 Columbia Ave. The Engine was recalled, along with the rest of the additional apparatus.
